Candle Making

So much more than simply making candles, this dynamic team development exercise simulates the end-to-end business process.  
Participants begin by learning modern techniques from master candle-makers, but then it’s over to them! 
Working in teams, participants must design the candle and the packaging, choose the ingredients, calculate costs and profit margins and then pitch their product to the other groups. 
The products will be judged and prizes awarded for originality and profitability.
