Regular yoga practice is known to restore flexibility, relieve aches and pains and release tension. But those are just the physical benefits. Yoga also:

It’s not surprising then that, when it comes to work, yoga has been linked to increased team morale and overall performance. 
Our yoga classes, led by a qualified and experienced practitioner, aim to infuse a deep sense of personal health and wellbeing. 
Some of the things we work on include: balance to improve focus and promote calm; strength to tone and energise the body; shoulder openers to release tension and improve posture; and twists to keep the spine healthy and detoxify the system. 
First timers and full-time yogis are both welcome! We provide the yoga mats and all we ask is that you come with loose-fitting clothes and an open mind!
